Take your binder off immediately if you're experiencing pain or breathing trouble.
- The binder shouldn't be too difficult to put on or take off.
- You should be able to wear your binder for a full day (average of 8 hours) without the binder causing breathing difficulties, pain, soreness, or discomfort.
Signs that your binder may be too small:
• Marks on your skin, Rubbing or pinching
• Tissue "spillage" out of the top, sides, or bottom of the binder.
• Tingling or numbness
• Pain, soreness, or extreme discomfort
• Extreme difficulty in putting on / taking off your binder
• Shortness of breath, or trouble taking a full breath with ease
Oh, no! My binder is too small! What do I do?

Hi, I have a question. Is it normal for the binder to be tight around the armpits while in the process of putting it on but not when its actually on? I made sure to get the measurements right so I was wondering if this was normal or not. Thank you!
yea it is, as long as it's comfortable when on you're good. Sometimes mine is a little weird when getting on but it's just because parts of it stretch and some don't. you're all good tho
Hey, so my back has been a little achy after I take my binder off, but I don't seem to have trouble anywhere else. On top of that, if my binder were any bigger I don't think it would be able to do it's job correctly, and it doesn't necessarily feel tight either (more like a little hug or something)
Should I look into getting a different size? I'm really not that big anywhere and I already have a large. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers me
