Please do not sleep in your binder.
It is important to give your body time to relax after binding. The health risks of binding through your sleep are still unknown, and we strongly recommend never sleeping in your binder.

What if it's just a nap?
@sophie i've taken naps in my binder before and always wake up feeling hot and out of breath. i wouldn't recommend it.
We don't recommend napping in a binder either! It's very important to pay attention to your body while binding. This is not something you can do while sleeping.
sorry, probably should have clarified too- i have narcolepsy and for me it's kind of unavoidable sometimes! just because i've done it before doesn't mean you should too, even if it seems like the effects 'aren't that bad'. you breathe differently while asleep and binding can make it hard to breathe well while you're unconscious, leading to you waking up breathless and groggy. plus you can damage your ribs and chest! it's really not a good idea.
