A correctly sized binder shouldn't be too difficult to put on or take off. You should be able to wear your binder for a full day (average of 8 hours, maximum of 10 hours) without the binder causing breathing difficulties, pain, soreness, or extreme discomfort. Your binder should fit snugly around your body.
Your binder may be too big if:
• You have to readjust your binder often
• Very loose shoulder straps
• There are large gaps around your armpits/shoulders
• Your binder fits like a regular tank top/doesn't bind
Aw, shucks! My binder is too big! What do I do?

I don’t sleep with my binder on, I don’t wear it when exercising, and I don’t wear it for more than 10 hours. When I wake up in the morning I have shortness of breathed and my back aches, but my bad does ache during the day while I have my binder on. So what should I do?
Get a lager binder or keep the one I have
