• Please keep in mind that these garments are sized and graded for compression purposes. They are designed to fit snugly in order to compress and flatten.
• Do not intentionally go down in size; you will not be able to put your binder on.
• In a correctly fitting binder, you should be able to breathe without trouble. Your binder should not cause excessive discomfort or dig into your skin. If you experience any of this, you likely have the wrong size!
Still unsure about sizing?

Can my chest size help me find the right binder? I'm a c cup so, would I need a medium or large?
Since bra sizing is complicated and differs based on band size and such, you should take your measurements instead of going off of a bra size. For example I have what could be called DDs, but I wear a large instead of an extra large because I have smaller shoulders and underbust. Everything is going to vary based on your measurements, there’s no one set size for one bra size, because binders don’t work like bras! Hope this helped.

I'm in between medium and lard (medium chest and large shoulders) witch is safest to go with?
Recently when wearing my binder it's started hurting my back/ribs and when I came here to measure and get a new one (because I thought mine had gotten to small) my measurements are still a medium, so I was just wondering if the pain was normal or it was possibly caused from me not stretching enough. I should also mention I only wear it at school so for a minimum of 7 hours a day, so it shouldn't be from me over wearing it.
My size is 31 and 20 cm, will XS be to big? (I know I’m smol)
It should be fine since your shoulders are almost 32 cm. If it doesn't fit, you can always return it.
