By hand, in the sink. Cold water, and either shampoo or with detergent. Always let it dry overnight, hanging somewhere like the bathroom or your room. Never put it in the Washing Machine, never put it in the Dryer. Wash every week, and if you get very sweaty or go swimming wash it then too. The first time you wash it, the water will look really dirty from the excess dyes and stuff, but that's normal. Be gentle with your binder when you hand wash it, dip it in, swirl it through the water, get it clean, but gently. Your binder does a lot for you, so be nice.

    Hi,

My binder after drying during my first hand wash, creating a surplus of fabric that now forms a bead under the chest.
I followed the instructions well, and I was gentle with my blinder
Is this normal? since I bought another, but suddenly I do not dare to wash it for fear that it does the same.
