If your binder didn't fit, we're happy to exchange it! We ask that you send it back within two weeks of receiving it, but we're happy to extend that deadline as long as your binder is still in new/unused condition.
Limited edition items are non-exchangeable.
If the size you ordered was suggested by a member of our customer care team, please email us before sending back your return.
If the size you ordered was not suggested by our customer care team, you will receive a store credit code worth the price of the item or items returned. You can use this store credit code to reorder the item or items needed. You will need to pay for the return shipping costs.
