We know that every binder has a story and understand that every single story is so important. We are doing everything we can to ensure that we can continue our operations as safely and effectively as possible during this time.
What are you (gc2b) doing to keep me safe?
Our facilities are cleaned and sterilized regularly, our fulfillment team is equipped with hand sanitizer, disinfectant, and gloves to be worn by anyone receiving deliverables. We are taking all precautions we can, including implementing staggered shifts for our fulfillment team to promote safety within and without the workspace. Additionally, our team is actively practicing social distancing in and outside of the office to ensure that we’re looking out for our community as well as our team.
Will this affect my current order?
While these measures will slow down our normal operations, we hope that you understand the delays and continue to support us if you can at this time. Your current order may be slightly delayed or may not be affected at all. All orders take anywhere from 7-15 business days to process before they ship out. Rest assured, our fulfillment team is working hard to get your items packed and to the mail service as quickly as possible!
Will I still be able to place an order?
Yes. We aim to provide uninterrupted service for as long as it is possible to maintain a safe environment for our team, as we understand the deeply essential nature of our product.
Can I still exchange my order?
Absolutely! We are still processing exchanges, however, we ask that should you need to return a package, you do not require a signature in order to reduce social interactions with our delivery partners. All packages we receive, including exchange packages, will be placed in a 48-hour hold room before being handled or processed. Exchange processing times may be slightly delayed due to this. We estimate the processing time for a received exchange to be around 4 - 7 business days at this time.
Are you going to shut down?
We are continually observing the news and will be implementing any additional recommendations from our local and state Department of Health, the CDC, and the WHO. We are using every precaution to ensure the health and safety of everyone. While we have made many changes to remain open, we have also considered closing and have taken the necessary measures to prepare for that outcome. However, we truly understand how important it is to have access to our products and are doing all we can to maintain safe uninterrupted service during this time.
