would i be a size 4xl? 

47in/50in/45in- shoulder 21 in

  I think I know my size (large) but I’m not sure, can someone help me? I’m mostly confused on the shoulder measurements

  The measurements I got were, Armpit: 36in

  Largest: 37in

  Under: 33in 

  and Shoulder was 20in

  What size would I be? Also would I be able to get a tank binder?
