Our binders were designed to be pulled over your head, similarly to a shirt. What can cause some trouble is getting your arms and shoulders in--once you've done that, it's just a matter of gently tugging the binder down over your chest. While putting a binder on, it can bunch or roll up as you try to pull it over your head--I find that folding the bottom hem up once helps with ensuring that you are able to navigate getting the binder on without needing to phone a friend. In any case, it may be useful to have someone help out the first couple times to unroll/unbunch the binder for you as a back-up until you find what works best for you.

If you feel like your binder might be too small, we are happy to exchange it for you. If you need some more tips or info on fit, we're always happy to assist! Simply reach out to us at support@gc2b.info ! <3

I'm reasonably sure you should be able to pull it over your head and sholders. I know for myself if I needed to pull it over my hips the binder wouldn't fit...

You put it on like you would a t-shirt (over your head and shoulders). It's harder to put on than a tank top, and takes me about ten seconds, but it's not a problem at all. Also, I'm in between sizes, so mine is about a half a size too small for me, so it might be easier for someone else. It's not difficult for me, and I absolutely love these binders. I would strongly recommend them, good luck!
