Hey! You've probably heard people tell you not to use ace bandages

    and they're right.

They can bruise or even BREAK your ribs! What I do is wear smaller bras and baggy shirts/hoodies. I looked up a few tips on google, and here are a few of the top ones

    1. Wear ports bras

    2. Wear darker clothes.

    3. Don't slouch.

    4. Exercise/diet

I believe that compression tank tops could be used, fold the bottom half up to the top. I forgot where I read that, but it was somewhere online. Or athletic compression tank. Layers, dark colored shirts, hoodies, pattern or larger graphics are also helpful on shirts. I also would double up on sports bras but do not do that for too long, as it becomes incredibly uncomfortable. I'm not sure how healthy that is either, so please be careful! Stay safe and best wishes!!

not so much for the original poster however maybe you could put a friends address in. I put in a request at https://pointofpride.org/chest-binder-donations/ and i actually got it shipped to me! its not a auto fix as theres a waiting list (mine took about a year, i actually forgot about it) but i got a grey gc2b binder and it was in perfect condition!! i reccomend checking them out or if you haveany lightly used or new binders to donate to them, great organization, they seriously helped me alot

i don't know how much this really helps since i have a smaller chest, but i just take an old undershirt that's a little too small (but not so small it hurts me) and wear that over a sports bra. it's really important that the undershirt is on top or wearing the bra is completely pointless. also not really sure how safe it is, but the worst that's ever happened to me is slight chest/back pain (the back pain might not even be because of this as i sit really weird for over 10 hours a day :/).
