Struggling to get on my binder.

    Hello there, the way I've put my binder on is to slip the stretchy part on the back, and then gently pull the front part over the chest, its a bit of arm work but it doesn't involve rolling!

    If it works better, you can also try pulling it on like a pair of pants. It will stretch it out more, which should make it easier to get on over your head eventually, but it might not compress as well. If it feels okay and you don't feel any pain when wearing it or after taking it off, then you should have the right size.
